The Fitness Locker offers a range of options for clients to help you achieve results.
Our primary goal is to offer a timetable of sessions that help clients build lean muscle whilst reducing body fat to live a happy, healthier life. We aim to achieve this through offering a carefully chosen selection of options.

We offer one to one personal training with options to suit your needs. A one to one session with one of our personal trainers ensures that you get completely individual attention to help you achieve your goals!
Our personal trainers will work closely with you to better understand your needs. They will then develop a training plan that will help you reach your goals. Our personal trainers can also work with you to create a healthy eating nutrition plan to support your training. Working one to one with a personal trainer will give you the opportunity to discuss your training every step of the way to ensure you are always getting the most from each session. All of our personal trainers charge the same price for one to one training to ensure that you always pay a fair price regardless of who you train with – that way you are always able to choose a trainer based on their individual style and not how much they charge. Sessions cost £35 per session or £300 for a block of 10 sessions and can be scheduled at times to suit you!
Specific sessions with Lee can also be purchased online.
At The Fitness Locker we pride ourselves on being able to offer a very cost effective version of personal training where the session costs are spread across a small group. In each session there will only be a maximum of 4 clients training with one of our personal trainers. This is a results based programme focused on losing body fat and gaining lean muscle mass.
